We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use row-level security (RLS) in the database, ensuring each company can only access its own data, and encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the platform.
To give support, a small number of authorized NOVAMENTE administrators can open your company account in a read-only view. They cannot change, create or delete anything, and they cannot see your private AI Assistant messages or your website chatbot conversations. Every time an administrator opens your account, the date and the administrator are recorded in an access log. Administrators use this access only to answer your support requests, investigate a problem you reported, or verify billing and security issues.
We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us at the contact address above.
Depending on where you live, you generally have the right to: confirm whether we process your data; access it; correct incomplete or outdated data; request anonymization, restriction, or deletion of unnecessary data; request portability; withdraw consent; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal data); and request information about data sharing.
