NOVAMENTE provides an online organizational intelligence platform (the OGS Method® and the IOE score) that brings together diagnostics, indicators, management modules and AI-assisted document analysis. GEPRO IA is an AI-assisted project management product that can be used on its own or together with NOVAMENTE. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Plans, features and prices in U.S. dollars (US$) are shown on the Pricing page and again at checkout, before you pay. Some plans include a free trial. When the trial ends, the account becomes view-only unless you purchase a paid plan. We do not ask for a credit card to start a trial.
You can cancel at any time from inside the application, without calling us or sending documents. We confirm by email. Cancelling stops future charges, and access to the paid plan continues until the end of the period you already paid for. You can also cancel by emailing contatonovamenteconsultoria@gmail.com.
If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Details are in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
After cancellation your account remains accessible on the free or view-only plan. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep, such as billing and contract records. Before that, you can export your data from the application or ask for help by email.
Parts of the service use artificial intelligence to analyze documents and generate text, plans and recommendations. These results may contain errors and do not replace the judgment of an accountant, attorney, engineer or other qualified professional. The final decision on any action is yours.
We work to keep the platform available, but interruptions can happen for maintenance or because of third-party failures. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
The OGS Method®, the IOE™ score, the platform and its texts belong to NOVAMENTE. The data and documents you upload remain yours; you authorize us only to process them to provide the service.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the platform with reasonable notice, and the update date is shown at the top.
